سُقيا تطبيق يربط الناس اللي يحتاجون صهريج ماي بسواقين الصهاريج في سلطنة عُمان. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية.
1. إذا كنت عميل (تطلب صهريج)
- ما تحتاج تسجّل حساب، وما نحفظ اسمك ولا رقمك في أي سيرفر.
- لما تطلب (اتصال أو رسالة نصية أو واتساب)، يفتح تطبيق الاتصال أو الرسائل أو الواتساب في جوالك برسالة فيها الحجم والنوع والمنطقة، وعنوانك أو موقعك إذا أنت اخترت تضيفه. الرسالة تروح من جوالك للسايق مباشرة، ونحن ما نستلمها.
- تحديد الموقع اختياري، وما يصير إلا لما تضغط «موقعي الحين»، ويُستخدم بس عشان ينضاف رابط الخريطة للرسالة.
- نحفظ اختياراتك الأخيرة (المحافظة والولاية والحجم) في جوالك نفسه عشان ما تعيد اختيارها كل مرة.
2. إذا كنت سايق صهريج
- لما تسجّل نحفظ: اسمك أو اسم مؤسستك، رقم الهاتف، الولايات اللي توصلها، نوع الماي، الأحجام والأسعار، وأي ملاحظة تكتبها.
- بعد التسجيل، يظهر اسمك ورقمك وأسعارك ومناطقك للعملاء داخل التطبيق، عشان يقدرون يطلبون منك.
- رمز الدخول حقك ينحفظ مشفّر، وما أحد يقدر يشوفه، حتى الإدارة.
- تقدر تعدّل بياناتك أو تحذف حسابك نهائيًا في أي وقت من «أنا سايق» ← «حذف حسابي نهائيًا».
البلاغات والمحتوى المسيء
ما نسمح بأي محتوى مسيء أو مضلل. تحت كل سايق زر «إبلاغ» يوصّل البلاغ لإدارة سُقيا داخل التطبيق، وزر «إخفاء» يخفيه من جوالك. نراجع البلاغات ونحذف المخالف خلال 24 ساعة.
3. وين تنحفظ البيانات
بيانات السواقين محفوظة في قاعدة بيانات آمنة لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase. الوصول لها محمي، وما نستخدمها إلا لتشغيل التطبيق.
4. التتبع والإعلانات
سُقيا ما فيها إعلانات، وما تستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات طرف ثالث.
5. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين، وما نجمع بيانات عن الأطفال عن قصد.

Privacy Policy — Suqya
Last updated: October 27, 2026 · Suqya is an app by Salem Aljabri, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Suqya connects people who need a water tanker with tanker drivers in Oman. We collect as little data as possible, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
1. If you are a customer (ordering a tanker)
- You don't need an account, and we don't store your name or number on any server.
- When you order (call, SMS or WhatsApp), your phone's dialer, Messages or WhatsApp opens with a message containing the size, type and area, plus your address or location if you chose to add it. The message goes from your phone directly to the driver; we don't receive it.
- Location is optional and only used when you tap “My location”, to add a map link to your message.
- Your last choices (governorate, wilayat, size) and language are saved on your own phone so you don't have to pick them again.
2. If you are a tanker driver
- When you register we store: your name or business name, phone number, the wilayats you serve, water type, sizes and prices, and any note you write.
- After registering, your name, number, prices and areas are shown to customers in the app so they can order from you.
- Your login code is stored encrypted; no one can see it, not even the admin.
- You can edit your details or permanently delete your account at any time from “I'm a driver” → “Delete my account permanently”.
Reports and abusive content
We don't allow abusive or misleading content. Every driver has a “Report” button that sends the report to Suqya admin inside the app, and a “Hide” button that hides them on your phone. We review reports and remove violators within 24 hours.
3. Where data is stored
Driver data is stored in a secure database with our service provider, Supabase. Access is protected, and it's used only to run the app.
4. Tracking and ads
Suqya has no ads and uses no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
5. Children
The app is intended for adults, and we don't knowingly collect data about children.
